Having delivered apprenticeships to over 250 apprentices Sasha Morgan Manley has witnessed first hand how apprenticeships can be used as a business growth strategy as well as an amazing opportunity for a young person to start their career. Through Sasha’s experience in this area and her passion to provide an alternative to the traditional university led route into a career, she has been asked to speak at a number of conferences and industry events. Through these connections, Sasha realised that her skill set and experience lay in an area that other businesses often struggled with or didn’t have the time and resources to deliver themselves i.e. how to set up apprenticeship programmes and embed them into the businesses, and how to connect with this new generation of talent, either before or after they join. With this in mind, Sasha created Morgan Manley Ltd in 2016 to allow businesses to take advantage of this amazing opportunity to inject energy, enthusiasm and talent into their business whilst also allowing a young person to begin their careers in a sector that they are passionate about.
Throughout her career Sasha has always focused on what is important to her and this now forms the foundations of her business – people. Morgan Manley places the utmost importance on creating strong working relationships with clients and a rapport with the apprentices that she introduces.
