Having ran multiple programmes for over 250 apprentices and over 200 graduates, Sasha Morgan Manley has witnessed first hand how early talent programmes can be used as a business growth strategy as well as an amazing opportunity for young people to start their careers.
Through Sasha’s experience and her passion to provide an alternative to the traditional university led route into a career, she has been asked to speak at many conferences and events, and has become an expert within the apprentice space. It was through these connections and engagments that Sasha realised that her skill set and experience lay in an area that businesses often struggled with or didn’t have the time and resources to deliver themselves - i.e. how to set up apprenticeship programmes, successfully embed them into the businesses and maximise an organisation's return on investment from the levy.
With this in mind, Sasha created Morgan Manley Ltd in 2016. The focus of Morgan Manley is to enable businesses to take advantage of the apprenticeship reforms to inject energy, enthusiasm and talent into their business whilst also allowing a young person to begin their careers in a sector that they are passionate about. These programmes often do not stand alone however and so Sasha has also drawn on her wider experince to offer the full spectrum of early careers programmes, as well as internal talent development advice.
Throughout her career Sasha has always focused on what is important to her and this now forms the foundations of her business – people. Morgan Manley places the utmost importance on creating strong working relationships with clients and a building a rapport with the early talent within a business.
